3. Perform self-administration with pencil and paper

From Manage aggregates and Select assignments it is possible to run a research on the assignments to elaborate. The tests created for pencil and paper mode of  administration shows a Status of assigned and the Administration shows manual administration as type. At this point click Next.

 

 

The Number of tests selected in the previous step will be displayed. If the number corresponds to your selection click Insert.

 

 

The View details about test will be displayed where some tests are excluded because their status is not consistent with the operation selected. For example, a test completed or created for self-administration cannot be manually filled out. The Continue button allows you to see the first part of the form in which the data of the test must be inserted. 

 

 

The form provides for the following fields:

  • Title: displays the current number of the test (eg Test 1 of 2);
  • Information for filing: it is possible to enter the Date of completion of the test, and add Notes;
  • Answers: this refers to answers to questions in the test (in case of combinations a,b,c, a,?,c, v,f, etc, insert: 1,2,3, 1,2,3 and 1,2);
  • Report: select the type or, if the test requires it, the types of report which you want to draft.

Click Validate ,which controls the data inserted, saves it and allows to proceed to the next form.

 

 

The operation ends with a message that the data entry is completed.
