5. View a grouped report

Starting from Manage aggregates and Select assignments sections, run the research on which assignment to elaborate. All the tests with an associated report will display a complete Status. At this point click Next.

 

 

The Number of assignments selected in the previous step will be displayed. If the number corresponds to your selection click Report.

 

 

A Detail on the tests will be displayed, where some tests are excluded because their Status is not consistent with the operation selected, for example, a test which is completed but on which a report cannot be written because it has not been scored yet. Click Run for an aggregate report or Run zip for a zip archive with separate reports.

 

 

Click the name of the file (in the example  g_141_d9xti1ex.pdf) to see a report in PDF format. The report contains single reports for the tests (in the example, a single report will be on 2 tests). The  assembled report is temporary, which means it is not saved in your personal session in  Internet-test. To save it to your computer use the Save function for PDF documents.

 

 

The file displayed may be navigated through the index. Every single report is associated with a client, and can be seen by clicking on the client code in the index (for example TEST 1, TEST 2). To print, use the normal function to print a PDF document.
