Managing aggregates

6. Send report e-mail

By clicking Manage aggregates and Select assignments, search the assignments with the tests you want to send. All the tests with a report have a completed status. Then click the button Next.

 

 

The Number of assignments selected will be shown in order to check if this number matches your request. Then click E-mail in the frame Report e-mail.

 

 

A Retrieve report page will be shown, where you can see if some test has been skipped because not in a proper status or because the clients hasn't an e-mail address in the personal data. For instance, a test in a filled status will be skipped, because there is no report to be sent. Click Run.

 

 

An e-mail message will be sent, with the report in attachment. Then a page with the result of the completed operation will be shown.
