By clicking Manage aggregates and Select assignments you can search the assignments whose codes you need to export. This can be performed by using any kind of filter and clicking Find. Then select the requested assignments or click Select all. Then click Next.
The Number of assignments selected will be shown in order to check if this number matches your request. Then click Export, in the frame Export codes.
An Export codes, page will be shown,where you can see if some assignment has been skipped because involving a test in an improper status. For instance, a test in a filled status will be skipped, because codes have already been used. Furthermore, all the tests not in self-administration will be skipped.
In the frame Information there's the description of the file format exported. Click Run.
A .zip archive with a random name will be created. To download the file click on the link with the right button of your mouse and select Save with name. The file contents of the .zip file can be read with Excel, OpenOffice or any text editor. Click Close to complete the operation.
