From Manage aggregates and Select assignments find the tests wich you want to export. The research can be performed by filling any kind of filter you find in the page and clicking Find. Select the assignments you want to extract or click Select all. Then, click Next.
The Number of assignments selected will be shown in order to check if this number matches your request. Then click Export, in the frame Export test.
A Test exportation, page is shown, where you can see if some assignment has been skipped because involving a test with an improper status. For instance, a test with a filled status will be skipped, because the scoring process has not been executed yet.
In the Information frame there's the description of the file format exported. Click Run.
A .zip archive with a random name will be created. To download the file click on the link with the right button of your mouse and select Save with name. The file contents of the .zip file can be read with Excel, OpenOffice or any text editor. Click Close to complete the operation.
